What is Limelight Deals and how does it work?
Limelight Deals partners with businesses to offer you great discounts on popular local products and services. We typically offer one new deal Monday through Friday on our web site, and if you sign up for our daily alert emails, we’ll send emails to notify you about each day’s deal. You can then come to our site, check out all the information about the deal, buy it, and share it with your friends!

What does it cost to join Limelight Deals?
Membership is free! You’re only billed for each Limelight Deals voucher you purchase.
I'm not getting emails from Limelight Deals, what do I do?
If you have already signed up to receive deal alerts, or created an account and aren't receiving deal-related emails from Limelight Deals, it could be because your email provider blocks emails from us. Simply add email@example.com to your contacts or safe sender list and the emails should come through. Also, check your spam or junk folder as your email provider may have inadvertently sent us there.
How do I buy today’s deal?
Click on a link in the Limelight Deals daily email, or just come to the Limelight Deals.com site. Once you’re here, review the terms and conditions of the deal and, if you want to buy it, click "buy now!" You’ll need to login to your fully registered Limelight Deals account and sign-in with your user name and password. We’ll then take you through a simple process to complete your purchase.
How do I pay with my Limelight Deals gift certificate?
On the checkout page, click the check box next to the prompt, "Do you have a gift certificate to use?" Then enter your Limelight Deals Gift Certificate voucher number where it indicates "Certificate number".
How do I check my Limelight Deals Gift Certificate balance?
With Limelight Deals Gift Certificates, the unused portion is still available for use. You may check the balance at limelightdeals.com/giftCardBalance. Once there, input the Limelight Deals Gift Certificate voucher number, and your remaining balance will be shown.
Why do I receive emails, but when I attempt to login it says “email is invalid”?
Chances are, you signed up to receive our email notifications, but you didn’t fully register for an account to make purchases. But, don't worry. It’s easy to do! Just click this link and fill out the form on the right side of the page to complete our full website registration. You can use the same email address you used to sign up for our daily deal alerts. This will make you a full-fledged user of Limelight Deals with the ability to purchase deals and start having fun!
How do I get and use a Limelight Deals voucher that I’ve purchased?
Once you buy a Limelight Deals voucher on our site, we’ll send you an email once the deal closes. All of our deals run for five days and the deal can’t be used until the day after the deal is over. You can know when a deal is ending by looking at the “Time left” on the top right page of each deal. Once the deal is over you can sign in to your account on our site print the vouchers you’ve purchased. Once you've signed in, click on "My Deals" from the “My Account” menu at the top of the page. On this page, you'll be able to view and print your available deals. Just print the voucher and bring it to the business when you’re ready.
I can't find my voucher in my email. How can I retrieve the voucher?
The easiest way is to use our Order Status page. Input your email and order number on the right side, and you can download and print the voucher from the next page. You can also log into your account, and retrieve a voucher from either My Account-->My Deals or My Account -->My Gifts, depending on the type of purchase it was.
Will my card be charged right away?
No, your credit card will not be charged right away. Your credit card will be charged once the deal is over and you are able to download and print your voucher.
Is this safe?
I cannot find a Limelight Deals voucher I purchased in my account!
Vouchers for Limelight Deals don’t become available until after the deal is over, which is typically 5 days from the time it went live. Once the deal is closed it is available to use. Click the "My Account" tab at the top of the screen and choose "My Deals" from the drop down menu. If this was a gift for someone else, choose "My Gifts" from the drop down. You'll be taken to a screen where you'll see your recent purchase, and be able to download and print it. All deals are in PDF format.
How do I use a promo code?
On the checkout page, either log in or choose Guest Checkout. Once logged in, look for the box with the heading, "Promotional Codes, Credits and Gift Cards". Click the link to "Add Promo Code". A box will appear where you can enter it. Then click the "Save" link next to the input box. The procedure is similar when using Guest Checkout.
Can I buy a deal as a gift?
Yes! When you are on the purchase page, click the green gift icon to “Give this as a Gift.” You'll be asked to provide the name and email of your intended recipient. If you select the “Email Recipient” option, the recipient of the gift will receive an email on how to claim their gift after your account has been charged, and they will not be told the price you paid for the gift. If you opt to print it yourself, you can access the voucher after the deal has closed and print it from “My Gifts.” If you would like to purchase gifts for more than one person or one for yourself, you’ll need to do so in separate transactions. Please note that if you do not select the “Give as a Gift” option during the purchasing process, the name of the user who purchased the deal will appear on the voucher. The purchaser then must download the voucher and email the PDF to the intended recipient.
I can’t find a Limelight Deal I purchased as a gift.
Log into Limelight Deals with your email address and password. Click the "My Account" tab at the top of the screen and choose "My Gifts" from the drop down. You'll be taken to a screen where you'll see your recent gift purchases and be able to download and print it.
What if my Limelight Deals voucher expires?
If the voucher expires before you have a chance to use it, you unfortunately will no longer be able to redeem it for the promotional value on the voucher (the difference between what you paid for the voucher and its face value). You may, however, still be able to redeem the voucher for the amount you paid for it, if required by the law of the state in which the voucher may be used.
What if the business for which I purchased a Limelight Deals voucher closes down before I have a chance to use my voucher, or otherwise won’t honor my voucher?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the details of what happened. Include your name, address, email address and voucher number, and subject to our investigation, we’ll refund to you the amount you paid for the voucher.
I need to cancel my purchase.
If the deal is still within the selling period, you can cancel your purchase by logging in with your email address and password. Select from the My Account drop down menu My Deals and click on Cancel. If the deal has closed please contact us at email@example.com. Deals are generally non-refundable but we will refund the amount you paid in some special cases by contacting us within 5 days of your purchase.
How can I unsubscribe to the email list?
How can I update my billing address?
First, log in at www.limelightdeals.com/login. Then, click on MY ACCOUNT-->MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner. In the Credit Cards section, click the "Edit card" link next to the card for which you need to update the address. You can make the changes on the next screen.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use it?
Deals may have some restrictions on how the vouchers can be used. Be sure to read the Fine Print that we’ll post next to the deal on our website before you buy the deal. Please remember that your purchase and use of all vouchers are also subject to the terms of our visitor agreement.
If I don’t use the full value of my Limelight Deals voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
A voucher must be used in one visit, unless the merchant has adopted a different policy, in which case it will say so on the voucher.
Can I use my Limelight Deals voucher together with other offers and specials from the Merchant?
Generally no, but it’s really up to the merchant. If the merchant will let you combine your voucher with other offers or discounts, we may specify that on the face of the voucher.
Is my voucher transferable to another person?
Generally deals are non-transferable, however contact the business to see if they will honor the voucher if used by another person.
